Solar Explorer 3D requests only the system permission below, and only on demand — it is requested only when you actively trigger the relevant feature. You may revoke a granted permission at any time in system Settings.

| Location (While Using the App) | Obtain the device's approximate location (about 100-meter accuracy) | When you tap "My Location" in the Earth close-up view, the app moves the 3D view to your location. The request is one-time, used locally on the device only, and is not uploaded to any server or third party, nor used for analytics. |
Note: Apart from location, the app does not request camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, push notifications, or other permissions. If you deny or disable location, only the "My Location" feature becomes unavailable; other features work normally.
