Shenzhen Qizhuan Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us") operates the Solar Explorer 3D app. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to processing your personal information lawfully, fairly, and only as necessary. Please read this policy carefully before using the app to understand how we handle your personal information.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect only what is necessary for the features below. See the in-app Personal Information Collection List and Third-Party Sharing List for full details.

• Analytics and crash diagnostics: when the app starts and while you use it, we use Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to collect device model, operating system version, app version, language/region settings, crash diagnostic data, and in-app feature usage records (such as which celestial bodies you view or which view modes you enter). This helps us understand usage to improve the product and to locate and fix crashes. We do not collect your real-world geographic location, do not collect device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), and do not associate this information with your real identity.
• Feedback: when you use the feedback feature, the system email automatically includes your app version, operating system version, and device model, together with the feedback content you choose to write. The email is sent by you from your device's mail client, entirely at your discretion.

These Firebase services are enabled when the app starts to provide analytics and crash diagnostics.

2. Device Permissions

The app requests only the "Location (While Using the App)" permission, and only on demand: it requests a single location reading (approximately 100-meter accuracy) when you actively tap "My Location" in the Earth close-up view, in order to move the 3D view to your location. This coordinate is used locally on your device only; it is not uploaded to any server or third party and is not used for analytics. You may disable this permission at any time in system Settings, after which only the "My Location" feature becomes unavailable. The app does not request camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, push notification, or other permissions.

3. Third-Party Services and Sharing

To provide analytics and crash diagnostics, we integrate Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) provided by Google LLC, and share with it the device and app information and usage records listed in Section 1. Firebase Analytics is integrated without advertising identifier (IDFA) support. Its privacy policy is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. We do not otherwise share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

4. Storage and Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, or loss. Please understand that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we strive to protect the information you provide.

6. Your Rights

You have rights under applicable law to access, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information. The app has no account system and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name or phone number:

• You may disable the location permission at any time in system Settings.
• You may stop further collection by ceasing use and uninstalling the app.
• To access, correct, supplement, or delete collected information, or to make other privacy requests, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.

7. Children

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 14, please read this policy with your guardian and use the app only with your guardian's consent. If we become aware that we have collected a child's personal information without the prior consent of a guardian, we will delete it promptly. Guardians with questions about their child's personal information may contact us below.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page and update the effective date; for material changes, we will provide notice through appropriate means.
