Solar Explorer 3D requires iOS 16 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad. The app supports 10 interface languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil)) and follows the device language setting.

The free version includes the complete Solar System scene, real-time orbits and rotation, and free close-up access to the Sun, Mercury and Venus.

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks close-up and landing views for all 60+ celestial bodies and spacecraft, plus time acceleration. There is no subscription and no further in-app purchase. The current price is shown on the App Store.

Tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen or in Settings, then sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. If it still does not restore, email us with the purchase date and App Store order number.

Yes. In orbit view, close-up view and landing view, you can change the speed and direction of time to observe celestial bodies and spacecraft moving forward or backward.

Surface features and place names currently cover the Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury and other bodies, and more are added over time. Zoom in to see recorded features; tap one to view its center coordinates, diameter and approval year.

Use Settings → Feedback in the app. The email includes the app version, system version and device model automatically. You can also email support@docuspeed.ai and include:

• Device model and iOS version;
• Solar Explorer 3D version;
• What you were doing when the issue occurred;
• A screenshot or screen recording, if possible.
